This is my 3rd hole in one plaque from My Golf Memories and each one has been perfect. Hopefully I'll be using them again in the future.

I’m sure this item will be nice, but unfortunately I haven’t received it yet. Tracking indicates it may be lost in the mail.

I left the detailed message with the girl who answered the phone when I called there because she was the one who helped me the most.

Information on plaque was wrong..... I sent email and called.... I haven't received a response
