I thought I was getting a quality product with a glass or clear plastic to insert my scorecard. There was absolutely nothing in the box except the exterior frame. What a piece of junk and waste of money. Spend extra and get something nice instead of this product. The worse item purchased. I would give it a minus zero star rating.

I loved the look/layout/display of my piece. However, the small removable wood square for the plaque was chipped and scuffed on arrival. I used a wood pen to cover the blemish, but I would have preferred it not damaged of course.

I would also strongly recommend implementing a system where perhaps your team there apply the adhesive plaque to the removable wood piece An extra step for your team - yes. However, the ability to apply it square and correct is a skill many don’t have. And removing / repositioning the adhesive plaque after an incorrect placement is very difficult. This item was a gift for someone so it was on me to make the display look square and correct. I was not prepared for that.

After receiving the wrong product and trying to reach out to the company through phone calls and email with no success, Jordan Tibbett finally had the correct product sent to me and was a big help straightening out the issue. Quality of the product is good and my scorecard and ball from my best round ever is now well-documented.

I ordered 2. They both arrived in perfect shape. The engraving on both plaques were correct. It's easy to put together. The only thing I don't like is the dual sawtooth hangers on the back. I much prefer 2 eyelets with picture wire since it's much easier to hang straight. Otherwise, I highly recommend these frames.
